Roy opened Daniels and Daniels Real Estate in 2017 with his wife and now his Broker, Fran. He is retired U.S. Army that served our country in uniform for 21 ½ years and is a Bronze Star recipient. He has been practicing real estate for over 12 years. Roy is a sports enthusiast but especially enjoys baseball and football. He loves volunteering in the Children’s Ministry at Grace Community Church and on the First Impressions Team.

Fran opened Daniels and Daniels Real Estate in 2017 along with her husband of nine years, Roy Daniels. She has been practicing real estate for over 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her three children and all of her beautiful grandchildren. She loves attending Grace Community Church where she often volunteers in the Children’s Ministry. She also likes to travel to Chicago to visit her family. Her hobbies include quilting, crafts, as well as, spending time with good friends and good wine.

As the Broker-Owner, Fran juggles a wide range of duties from developing the skills of her agents and staff to managing the growth of the company as a whole. She creates, adapts and incorporates strategies for growing and maintaining a successful, ethical, and resilient real estate business. Since we are a smaller office, Fran is also the Listing Agent offering clients guidance in preparing their home for sale, setting a price, determining a selling strategy and negotiating with buyers. She is also the Property Manager overseeing relations with prospective clients, responding to tenant and landlord concerns and even pursuing evictions. Fran is the driving force and the heart and soul of the office but she would prefer to be noted simply as the “Quilter Realtor”.

As our office manager, Kelli wears many hats. She actually is our Office Manager, Marketing Specialist, Event Coordinator, Executive Assistant and Designer all in one. She is our “Jack of all Trades”. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing events and Open Houses, creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment as well as ensuring high levels of communication and safety. She is also an integral part of the development and execution of our marketing plans and leads us in our goal to deliver effective marketing that will help our reputation and growth. Kelli is the first welcoming impression for our clients and guests and we are thankful to have her on our team.

As Property Management Assistant, Elisa is the “Peace Maker and Enforcer”. She is the liaison between our landlords and our tenants so she takes on the hefty responsibility of trying to keep everyone happy. She oversees rent collections, tenant move-outs, finding new tenants, screening tenants and receives work orders.  She also creates and executes new leases and conducts six month and final walk-throughs of all our rental properties. In addition, she coordinates repairs and maintenance for the properties while maintaining positive relationships with all of our vendors. She also effectively maintains records and accurate reports for all of our landlords. Elisa is the perfect balance of assertive and amicable and we treasure her as a member of our team.

Mary is our financial guru and our “One-Woman Accounting Department”. She is responsible for bank statement reconciliation, quarterly taxes, accounts payable, and accounts receivables. Although she primarily just keeps us all in check! She is efficient in maintaining accurate records for tax purposes and the CPA. Mary was employed for 40 years in the banking industry, serving as an officer and internal auditor. She also worked for a number of those years serving as a project manager for a bank data processing firm. Mary keeps a tight handle on our spending and keeps our bottom line increasing. She is irreplaceable and is an asset to our team.
